About Us
Meet Smith & Loognum, the founders of Stuttgart Stable.
Hello there!
My love for Porsche started way back when I was just 12, building a plastic model of a Porsche 911 replica. It wasn't until 2023 that things got real. I finally got to drive one – a rented 911 in Austin, Texas. Wow. Feeling how quick it was, how it just went exactly where I wanted, that amazing sense where you and the car just melt into one. This was something I'll never forget.
And it dawned on me:
Renting a Porsche can give me pure thrill, that incredible driving feeling, without the big headaches that come with owning a car, like the huge purchase price, the worry about expensive maintenance or finding the right place for service, the hassle of insurance, or dealing with resale down the road.
My wife and I live right here in Chiang Mai.
We're always looking at these amazing curvy, green mountain roads around us and thinking, wow, these are just perfect for a Porsche! That's when the idea really took hold: let's make it easy for other people who love cars like we do to come and really enjoy these special Porsches on the best roads Chiang Mai has to offer, and see this beautiful place while they're at it.
In 2025
We're kicking things off with Stuttgart Stable. We picked this name because, to us, each of our Porsches feels as unique and special as a fine horse you'd choose from a stable for an unforgettable ride. We'll have great Porsches ready for you, starting with our cool Racing Yellow Cayman 981 we call 'Moonshot.' They're all well looked after, and we've already picked out some fantastic roads for you to drive them on.
